Back to being a widget. Appointment battle with Erica. I have to be in two places at once. Once they are scheduled they are not sacred. Appointments changed at their whim to suit their needs and not respect the patient’s schedule. Changed too with little time to accommodate their schedule and no empathy. My husband and I spend so much time battling insurance and provider billing issues. The healthcare system is fractured and so convoluted and difficult to navigate.
